Skin Care Sunday: Todays face care

avon, mia mariu, japanese skincare, facial remover, eye cream, facial gel cream
Hi Beauties!
I hope you all had, or are having, a B-E-A-UTIFUL day!

Today was all about facial touch-ups for me. I hadn't had a good time to take care of my face in weeks!! It happens when your a mom ya know!
So today it was time; And I wanted to share with you my basics of today :)

1) Avon Facial Hair Removal Cream for sensitive skin, with aloe
Wow this stuff is amazing! It is simple to use and gentle enough on my skin that seems to be oh-so-sensitive. All you do is pat the cream anywhere you want to remove hair , let it set for a couple minutes then wipe and rinse. The first time I ever used it, I left it on a little too long and my face got all red and irritated. With time you learn what works for you...as with all products. I personally choose to use this cream in about 4 steps and 4 patches on the face. This helps keep track of time and placements, as well as to not overwhelm the face. The price is less then $10 and lasts a long time. I have absolutely no regrets!

2) Mia Mariu "Refreshing Foaming Cleanser" and "Anti-Aging Eye Cream"
Sadly this company has gone out of business. Not something I am happy to share since their products really were amazing. I mean everything from the foundation to the skin care was all botanical based, which are perfect for sensitive skin. Luckily I still have a few of their products to use and use them I shall!
So after the facial removal cream I washed and rinsed with the foaming cleanser. This helps remove all the extra gunk and build up while still being gentle enough on the skin after such a abrasive treatment of hair-removal. The eye cream has lasted me forever, as a little goes a long way. Super soft and moisture rich for the eye area. Def improved the wrinkles and saggy skin around the eyes.

3)  Hada Labo Rohto Koi-Goku-Jun Whitening Perfect Gel
This was a Japanese import sent to me from my sister in Japan and OMG I am a user for life! Usually my face freaks out when I use a gel-type product but this one gave me no-reaction whatsoever. It is basically a super cream containing Moisturizer, Serum and Brightener to even skin-tone while providing super moisture. With this I have noticed the improvement of my dry skin.. I no longer have dry flakes of skin on my face and my forehead wrinkles (yes I have them) are way less apparent. I really have not seen my face look so good in years.
To be honest I really hadn't noticed anything spectacular at-first and thought it was all hype, but after running out of my other moisturizer leaving me with no choice but to use this, I really noticed the cleanliness of my face after a few weeks of strictly using this.

And that is basically it. I didn't use a mask today as I usually do on facial days but because I just did some hair removal I do not like to over use my face. But that is just me...

What was done today on your #skincaresunday? Any suggestions of products that I should try?
Let's chat!
XOXO
