WorkoutWednesday - Clean Eating & PiYo Slacking

It had been almost 3 weeks since I had done any type of work out.  Life had me so busy that I didn't have time or rather when I had time I had others thing to do. Working out was my last priority.
Who wants to waste time working out when all it does is make you miserable?!
Well things have finally settled down and back to my PiYO it was! It kills me to think of losing my results thus far. My legs have buffed up, my arms look good and while my tummy still needs improvement, I need my extremities to stay on-point
Monday came , then Tuesday and I could barely keep up! It is amazing what only a few weeks off can do to you. How weak you become. Boy was I sweating EVERYWHERE!!

I then started thinking...If I wanted to see more better results, especially in the tummy area, then my last go-around; I need to really start eating right. That is my hardest hurdle.
With kids I just munch all day on nothing but salty foods especially chips... I'm not that bad, but I sure don't watch anything I eat. Vegetables are rare and fruits can be hit or miss :/ ok yah its bad!

I didn't want to totally revamp my eating style with all these unrealistic expectations. I mean I can't do it all! But one small change did stick out to me and I decided to start with incorporating Clean Eating into my life.

What is Clean Eating?

Sure this may sound simple to some of you but not all of you.. Don't lie!

SO who wants to join me in a challenge to EAT CLEAN ?
My first round of "clean shopping"

Here is a shopping list I pulled off Pinterest that I followed:
Clean Eating Shopping

I am not saying go out and shop crazy for all these "clean" foods, use what you have at home and work it in different ways. Start simple. Two meals a day, then three , then snacks, and finally an all day habit! I certainly could not make this work all in 1 day! I cheated and had chips and candy sugar/sour worms today ;P

It all starts with the simple things. The simple choices we don't think about.

Eventually one can work their way up to bigger diets then this but it is really all about moderation, healthy choices and exercise! Don't make goals that are unattainable. Start with something simple. No one has the right to judge you anyway!!
SO let do this!!! WHOS IN?!?!?!
